SUNDAY SPECIAL

Whilst reviewing events in my life, I realized that God had done more than I anticipated. I decided to write this poem to show my appreciation. I seek your face; Lord I seek your face Despite the fact that I may be out of grace, I seek your face In desperate times, I seek your ways When led astray, I seek your light When weak, I seek your strength When I am short of faith, I seek your grace When I am healthy, I give you praise When in abundance, give to the needy When I’m awake, give you all glory When I see my family, give you thanks I know I’m not perfect but you still love me. Happy Sunday peeps and have a blessed week. Magnanimous Ben

EMOTIONS

Feeling very poetic today and decided to share a poem from my “archive” EMOTIONS Flowers blooming and withering, Trees sprouting and falling, Humans ageing and dying, That’s how our emotions are, Sometimes we are as happy as Kings are, Sometimes we are crestfallen because of things happening. Sometime we long for some things, Other times we have mood swings. Our emotions are like televisions, Being controlled by the person with its remote in position. Our remote is controlled by our mind and environs Learn to control your emotions And be able to choose what and when to emote. Don’t get hurt because of fame, Don’t allow mind games. Control your remote of emotion. By Magnanimous Ben

MY 1ST POEM POST

Today, I want to share with you a poem written by yours sincerely in a reflective mode. Enjoy as you read and come into my world of poetry. Sometimes Sometimes I just sit and wonder when things are going to be better, When everyone is going to have a shelter, A place of their own, Worthy to be called home. Sometimes I just sit and ponder when humanity will live together: Where everyone knows one another, With everybody relating, And nobody fading. Sometimes I just sit and imagine a world full of peace, Where people easily share even the last piece. A place full of tranquility Bond by spirituality. -     Magnanimous Ben

My top 4learning tips My top three learning tips are what I call the S3R i.e.: Study, Revise, Read & Rest.    Now let me take them individually. ü STUDY: To me studying is when you read to comprehend or to acquire more information about a particular topic/field of endeavour. Studying is very key to excelling in any field of endeavour because learning doesn’t end until the moment of death. To make it in life studying must take place.   I therefore implore my readers to cease to see studying as boring and see it as fun. ü REVISE: This means to review or look over something that has been previously written or learnt. This is also a very important and helpful skill in learning in the sense that it helps one to easily recall what one has learnt when it’s needed. ü READ: This simply means the interpretation of letters into words or other information that is written. You can read either to get a particular detail or to have an i...
