MINI SERIES PT2: THE POWER OF WORDS

    It's another lovely day and the mini-series continues. It's still all about the book: THE POWER OF YOUR WORDS that was featured in the previous part. Whenever i read certain books and publications, I like to take note so that I can make further reference to them in the days to come. Below is the concluding part of the snippets of the book aforementioned. Enjoy!!


14) When we confess the Word with joy, it brings conviction to listeners. Faith’s confession is always a joyful confession. 

15) Our words should never bruise or hurt but should bless and heal. Let Jesus’ love rule your lips. 

16) Cultivate the habit of thinking big things, and then learn to ise words that will react upon your own spirit and make you a conqueror. 

17) The Word in your lips not only make you free, but it sets others -John 15:7

18) What you confess in faith is what you possess. 

19) An affirmation of doubt builds unbelief. An affirmation of faith builds strength to believe more. 

20) A confession of weakness binds and holds one in captivity. 

21) When I order my words aright, God makes manifest the benefits of His great salvation.

22) When the confession of your lips harmonize with the confession of your heart and these two confessions confirm God’s Word, then we become mighty in our prayer life. 

23) As we make confessions and ACT on the Word, our faith grows and our Redemption becomes a reality. 

24) What we confess dominates our inner being. 

25) When you dare to hold fast your confession of God’s Word, impossibilities become realities. 

26) The confessions of my lips have no value if my heart repudiates it.

  Hello peeps, how has the month been? I’ve been playing coward for a while now, let me tell you why. I read a book some weeks back—which I stumbled upon by the way—and I was like it’s something I’d like to make a blog post about but I have been “shifting post” ever since. The storyline spans roughly 2-3 weeks, my guess being right.     The plot revolves basically around two couples, one affluent and the other poverty stricken. GROWING UP BIG FOOT

Howdy mates!!!! Over the past week, I found myself brainstorming on what to write next for this blog. Honestly, blogging the way I do (writing articles) can be much of a work at times. Some days, I just sit in front of my screen, staring blankly, with no idea on what exactly to write about. Other days, I could have numerous ideas floating in my head, sometimes, I’m lucky enough to get most of them down and fleshed up, other times, I get to just a couple and the rest fly away or just don’t seem as interesting as the initial thought. Today’s post is several years old but it still rings true and possesses the same initial vibe it had. And, guess what? It is not as particularly serious as my last couple of posts have been--just something on a lighter note.
