To the woman// a poem

   Hey guys, so I have quite some time on my hands now and I have been experimenting with turning my poetry to images and I must say it hasn't been easy. The thing is; I'm tired of the monotonous look to my poetry whenever I post them here. I want my poetry to have some color-- I mean this literally--not the plain old black and white as I normally do post.
   So I did some research and asked some questions and then Microsoft word popped up. The effect of Microsoft word has not been much but it sure has added some life to my poetry though I'm still fingering my way around it.
  The image below is a screenshot of the poem titled the same as above. This is all me and microsoft.


And then I took it to instagram and gave editing a thought, and made use of a filter.  That screenshot below is what I came out with. It hasn't been a bad trial if I must say so.

  Hello peeps, how has the month been? I’ve been playing coward for a while now, let me tell you why. I read a book some weeks back—which I stumbled upon by the way—and I was like it’s something I’d like to make a blog post about but I have been “shifting post” ever since. GROWING UP BIG FOOT

Howdy mates!!!! Over the past week, I found myself brainstorming on what to write next for this blog. Honestly, blogging the way I do (writing articles) can be much of a work at times. Some days, I just sit in front of my screen, staring blankly, with no idea on what exactly to write about. Other days, I could have numerous ideas floating in my head, sometimes, I’m lucky enough to get most of them down and fleshed up, other times, I get to just a couple and the rest fly away or just don’t seem as interesting as the initial thought. Today’s post is several years old but it still rings true and possesses the same initial vibe it had. And, guess what? It is not as particularly serious as my last couple of posts have been--just something on a lighter note.
